2.1 Data processing by agreement
When you place an order for products or services with us, we process the personal data required for the preparation, execution or termination of the agreement. This includes the products or services ordered by you, first name, last name, address, fixed or mobile phone number, e-mail address and other data that are deemed necessary to guarantee an optimal delivery of products and services.
Your address and/or your fixed or mobile telephone number and/or your e-mail address are processed for communication purposes relating to the contractual agreement. Furthermore, your e-mail address may be used to inform you about changes concerning our services or products.
If you order goods or services, the data is collected directly from you by the BNL Machines representative. This information is provided to the BNL Machines administration, who enter your details into our digital customer management system.
The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) AVG, i.e. you make the personal data available to us on the basis of a contract between you and us.
To the extent that we do not process your contact details for communicative purposes (see 2.2 below), we will retain the acquired (for the settlement of the agreement) data until the legal or possible contractual guarantee and warranty rights have expired. After the expiry of these terms, we will retain the information required by the trade and tax law of the agreement during the legally defined periods on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, point c) AVG.
2.2 Data processing for communication purposes
We process your fixed or mobile telephone number and/or your e-mail address exclusively for our own communication purposes. You can revoke your consent to the use of your email address free of charge at any time at: email@example.com.
In addition to the right of revocation (In the event of a revocation, the lawfulness of the data processing on the basis of your consent remains unaffected until the time of your revocation.), you are entitled to the following other rights provided that the relevant legal conditions are fulfilled:

Right to the removal of your personal data (subject to compliance with legal retention obligations)
